How do I book a ride with Sahou Lux Limousine?

Booking a ride with us is simple and convenient. You can reserve your luxury transportation online through our website, app or by calling our customer service line. Just provide your travel details, select your preferred vehicle, and we will take care of the rest.

How far in advance do I need to book my ride?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak seasons or for special events. However, we can accommodate reservations up to 24 hours before your intended travel time, subject to availability.

Can I modify my reservation details after booking?

Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation. We request that you inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up, a cancellation fee may apply.

Is there a minimum rental time for your services?

For all event-based trip we have a minimum rental time based on the vehicle. This typically ranges from 3 to 5 hours, depending on the type of service and vehicle selected. Please contact us for specific details regarding your event.
