I will ensure that drivers arrive on time, dress professionally, and provide exceptional customer service including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a smooth ride.

Conduct & Representation

I will not contact or solicit any clients assigned by Sahou Lux for any services outside of this partnership.
I agree to notify Sahou Lux immediately of any issues or incidents that occur during service.

Termination

I understand that failure to meet these expectations may result in immediate termination of this partnership.
